Alessandro leads the technological department thanks to his wide experience and outstanding skills as professional Scoutman and Video man. His work spans from the study of the single technical gesture to the analysis of an entire match and much more. Using the best software currently available on the market, he is able to bring the quality of the training to unthinkable levels. Lecturer for the Italian Volleybal Federation, his recent career is studded with successes with Female Club Italia, Junior and Pre Junior Female National Teams.
